Ch24: Okay, firstly, it's Raivis, right? Not Ravis. But yaaay, Estonia~♥ And yay Latvia too, but Estonia is just so one of my favourites. He's so cool here too. <3 Though I had hoped he would have sided against Russia after all, but it works like this too. Damn that scene was intense... And baww the two of them trying to protect Liet.
Oh yeah and there's a typo here: Because poor little Lavtia is so,” the knife pressed deeper, “so,” deeper, “so easy to crush.”
- Weirdly enough, Estonia and Finland are more closely related than the Baltics. But for the sake of plot and the fact that in canon they have their own seperate groups, Tino and Eduard are cousins. Yup, that's true... Or well, I think Lithuania and Latvia are pretty closely related but Estonia is totally different, he gets lumped together with them more because of location than anything else. The Balts, who Latvia and Liet descend from, were a people related to the Slavs. Estonia and Finland then again are descended from the Finnic peoples who came from the east a bit later (I think?) and were probably originally more Central Asian than European but by now we've mixed with the other Nordics and Baltics and Russians so much that it doesn't show at all anymore except in some genetic studies, idk really. So, we are related to our neighbours, of course, we just have different origins and totally different languages. */rambling* (Oh yeah and you probably know already but we're most probably distantly related to Hungarians too yay. We apparently have some similar genetic diseases that aren't found in other Europeans. xD)
I sort of figured that Estonia is the "adopted" Baltic brother. And Finland and Estonia know they are somehow related but aren't sure how exactly so they might as well call each other cousins. (Makes sense to me. *shrug*) But I think Estonia's ACTUAL brother/sister would be Võru (=South-Estonia) and Finland's Karelia (=former East-Finland which Russia snatched for himself) no wait, okay I'm not going there. Ahem. Sorry, I'm a Finnish filology major and I study Estonian too, I just can't help myself sometimes.
Ch25: Ahahaha, Australia's house and its ridiculously scary nature. ♥ I love it even though I probably wouldn't dare to go there either... Oh and NZ with a shepherding cane is my new headcanon, btw. For some reason I immediately thought of the Tiffany Aching series by Terry Pratchett. Probably because it has the most badass shepherdesses ever.
Btw, I just thought that if someone dared to attack Aussie in his own house it'd be Japan, the old ninja that he is.
And omigod those rugby players. Is that awesome or what. O.O
