Now, I'm not very fond of brazilian history, we all have a nice relationship with him (I really love his president ;w;), though there's a thing for the jungle between him and Perú.

The character's personalities and designs aren't mine, but in the index appears the lj accounts <3
Now, historically, as your drabble said, Chile, Perú and Bolivia (with Ecuador, Colombia and archaeologists say today that even Argentina) were brothers because of the Inca empire, but the capital, Cuzco, was in Perú and a bit near to Bolivia. The Titicaca lake that connects both countries is the place where all the myths say the empire started, and it was a sacred place for the Incas. Besides, Chile is more connected with the Mapuche culture in it's land than the Incas'
