Oh wow, that's one that I wasn't aware of then. HMMM ok this will be a moment of me sounding really stalkerish/lurkerish, but I adore how you write England and Portugal. And, jealous America. SO, something with Portugal/England/America? Or, y'know, America being derp-y about the very established England/Portugal.
Obscure history, indeed. This all harks back to some vague things I learnt many years back, but then again it isn't Hetalia if it doesn't manage to suck you into the history anyway :D And oh man, my HEART. It just kinda...breaks for those two, really.
