One thing that I find strange though, is the uncle Feliciano thing. You mean Romano is Mexico's mama? I don't have a problem with it or anything like that, is just that Mexico doesn't really have a big Italian influence (unlike, for example, Argentina). In any case, France actually had a much bigger influence (because he invaded us twice, helped to install the Second Mexican Empire (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Second_Mexican_Empire) that lasted three years, and we had a dictator for over 30 years that was a France fanboy). But ahh, I ramble too much and your fic is AWESOME like Prussia always.
