Seems I got BCD instead of BCC like I needed, though the website didn't factor in my retakes or average my score so I'm so fucking confused right now you have no idea.
Well the website itself is awful to navigate, but yeah, from what I can tell it didn't factor in the idea that I re-submitted my coursework, completely re-worked, to improve my grade.
So I'll be going to my college later in the day to figure out wtf is going on.
