The Hirra on my nick has a weird history. When I was younger my grandma told me that I had a body shape similar to a jug or pitcher, which in Spanish it is called "jarra". The thing is that my grandma always pronounced it as "jirra", for some weird reason, so she started call me that way and it stuck. When I made this account, I changed the J for an H, because in English the H is pronounced the same way the J is pronounced in Spanish (to avoid confusion with others, you know).
Friends usually call me Ami (not pronounced like Amy), because they say it's easier to remember. Family calls me Meme of Jirra (thanks, grandma). And if people feel evil, since a very famous (and crappy) football team here in Mexico is called "The Eagles of the America", people refer to me with names of another teams, such as "Necaxa", "Chivas" or "Toluca".
