I can sort of understand the critique, to be honest. Well, actually I'm pretty sure I told you ages ago that I did think that the whole WW3 thing made no sense to me. x) But well, I kept reading because it was too much fun to stop and I can take a little non sequitur in exchange for Epic Shit. Of course it's ridiculously huge project for one person to tackle, I mean, you'd have to know SO MUCH about world politics that it's just mind-blowing... unless you're already a huge history/social science nerd or something, idk.

(Btw, wow, FT must be going places if it has had a F!S made of it! Obvious sign that you're becoming a Big Name Fan. xD)

Yeah, I totally see where both you and the anon are coming from. This story kind of ran away from me a while ago. I don't even know why I decided to let it develop into something as big as WW3 or any of that. It just... happened. I need to keep better track of my stories orz

Nah, it's okay. Sometimes you have to let the stories tell themselves. And then afterwards you can try to fix the damage. And like I said, it's fun.

If nothing else, you can take it as some critique? Stuff like this can be seen as a good learning experience since the OP explained the issues they have with the fic rather than just "DIS IZ STOOPID, Y PPL RED DIS?!"

hfgdu idk, I stopped reading Family Ties even before you de-anoned, it never gelled with me past the first few chapters so I've not followed it beyond what can be gleaned from the summaries when you post updates.

In the end though, it's a fanfic and it's your hobby so nothing to get too worked up about.

Yeah, I try anything that has UK!Sibs in it, I love them so, and I regularly hang out and sometimes fill out over on the kink meme, so... ysd yes XD;

And after reading the comments at F!S and finding out about Canada I just sort of read backwards (because that makes sense) through Family Ties and whatever problems the fic has aside... yeftuse ;A; you do know how to pull on the old heart strings.

I haven't read FT yet it's on my list! so I...don't have much else to say :D;; but I've always admired that you keep at it and can write so damn much every day without like...dying. It's a hobby that you seem passionate about, so I think it's all good.

Heheh, it's not fantastic as you can plainly see, so don't rush yourself. I write so much every day because if I didn't my head would explode from TOO MANY IDEAS orz I never get them all down and it's frustrating. And half the reason why things make no sense.

I think we discussed one of the problems I had with it, but I still love the story because it's frigging insane. So I tend to let things slide.

Can't say I'm one of those that automatically jump on someone who disagrees anymore, but can definitely see why they'd feel the need to not attach their name to the confession. Not everyone would respond with as a level head as you did. :)

I can understand anon's hesitance. I used to be the type to jump to my fave authors/series' defense at the drop of a hat. But everyone is entitled to an opinion, it's a free internet. I just hope anon doesn't get shouted down for whatever reason.
