That was awesome.

Really REALLY AWESOME.

Don't get me wrong, I liked the circus troupe, but, come on, it's the servants of Phantomnhive here. Finny and Maylene and Bard and TANAKA OH MY GOD EVEN TANAKA WAS BRINGING THE PAIN.

I believe that explosion may have woken Lizzy, however. (How weird is it to type my own name in reference to a character? Very.)

The chapter sort of knocked me sideways XD Especially since I treated the info in the later anime episodes as one big fanfic - I hadn't expected them to be kickass in quite the same way.

That said, even if the chapter was one hell of a good one (my god, the quality of the art never lets up, does it?), i-it sort of made me a bit... sick. For their sakes. Cause, well, now it's been confirmed that there are shadows in their lives, huge ones, huge enough that they can massacre people without batting an eye (okay, sure, the people were coming to massacre them, fine, and it's incredibly awesome that they're this ruthless, because they make more interesting characters that way - conflicted killers that angst over every kill while still doing it are everywhere... then again not caring a whiff might also make them a bit two-dimensional... anyway... ^^;;)

So from that pov I felt strangely sorry for the Phantomhive help (and obviously, I liked Tanaka best XD)... BUT HELL, WHAT A CHAPTER!!

I also feel very sorry for Beast... Sigh, the way she didn't finish Joker's was such a sad scene... well played mangaka, v well played XD

I know! I thought the anime was being optimistic about their power and stuff but WOW. DUDE.

I dunno, I like characters with dark angsty pasts. The darker and angstier the better. XD Hence my love for Fai, king of angst. I really can't wait for more flashbacks and stuff.

How did Bard get a gattling gun when they weren't invented until the 1900's though? XD Even America didn't have them... ah well, who cares, it was kick ass, especially the bit with the cigarette.

TANAKA WOOOO THAT WAS AWESOME. And... somewhat unexpected. BUT AWESOME.

I really felt for most of them, I was kind of fond of them. Guess it shows that the manga-ka isn't afraid of killing off the favorites.

Yes, well, I was celebrating getting my computer back and all so... I got carried away ^^;;

Oh, I like characters with dark angry pasts too *cuddles almost every Clamp character in existence* but seeing as lately I've only been reading Clamp, or the other manga I've been dabbling in had the same I've-wrecked-the-world-and-am-so-very-sorry trope somewhere around, this ruthlessness was a little refreshing ^^

I LOVE TANAKA! HE'S MY ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE! And would you believe that didn't surprise me at all? I always thought he was suspicious had it in him, ever since Ciel's first flashback, when he barges in looking for the little tyke.

I was sorry to see the Circus troupe go, they were well-built characters, surprisingly fast built at that. Sigh, I like this mangaka.

Oh, that makes perfect sense, then XD If I'd been in your place I'd have probably done the same... actually, I think I have ^^;;

I... really never expected that much from Tanaka. Kinda made me stare at that page like O.O If you saw something I didn't go you. This might mean you're a paranoid person, though XD "THE BUTLER DID IT" has never been so accurate.

Wait, if Sebby is the butler... what role does Tanaka serve?

This mangaka is a genius, really, in terms of art and also character building. The circus lot caught on very fast, though you do realise this means that Joker is definitely dead now. No "haha just kidding" stuff in this manga.

It's just I went a whole week with nothing. NOTHING. It was horrible...

Well, I have a thing for underdogs/characters that are way more skilled than they first appear, and this quite possibly makes me "suspect" almost everyone XD

I don't know, that's what I'm wondering about too. Technically, Tanaka is the old butler, Ciel's father's butler (I think) and Sebastian's just the add-on, sort of like a long-lasting temp (haha) so obviously they kept Tanaka on (not that they would have fired him, considering). Thing is, I don't remember ever seeing him doing anything in the manor... dunno... maybe he's retired XD

Yeah, poor Joker... I've never been so affected about someone ending up armless before, that's for sure - not even in Kuro-tan's case (cause, well, it was TRC, it was something you could expect XD; Kuroshitsuji? Not so much; and the pain and bloodiness of it all... gah... Loved every second/panel, though XD)

I'm pretty sure it's a standing joke that Tanaka doesn't do anything apart from drink tea. I remember at one point Sebastian's handing out orders and he gets to Tanaka and goes "Mr Tanaka.... just... stay where you are." And Tanaka just goes "oh ho ho ho." Like Tomoyo, only with a lower voice.

But yeah. You don't kick Tanaka out, Tanaka kicks you to death out.

I think you might be right XD Though I don't remember if that's in the manga or the anime or both - I really should re-read the manga soon, especially since the fanfic bug has bitten, and it's frustrating when I can't remember details.

He's like a favourite grandfather. With assassination skillz.

Weeeeell, he used to be a sailor in the navy when he was young, then he worked as a carpenter (I think) and could make all sorts of things (when I was little *cough around ten cough* he made me this wonderful wooden sword which looked incredibly lifelike. Not so great personality-wise, but a hell of a handyman XD

It's sad what technology does to us. Oh well, at least it's fun XD

I HATE the idea that it's ending, I really do. But I'm treating it like a fact of life (death, taxes, and me finishing reading the last of the Discworld novels... oh wait, this sounds familiar) What also kills me is that the end of the series will also bring about the end of the fandom. I think. It's pretty dead now, anyway... sigh.

Well wasn't that fortunate XD From the time I last mailed you my workday became chaos incarnate and it only started to wind down about now... because I'm home from work. Sheesh.

This is Kuroshitsuji, the most awesome gothic-lolita-esque manga EVAR. The storyline is awesome, there's a decent amount of shotacon (haha), and the art is absolutely beautiful. It reignited Japan's love for Gothic style clothing etc!

I've been well, but I have a fucktonne of blisters on my feet thanks to going to the expo. I was gonna do a post about it, but. Well. I fell asleep at the keyboard.
