Aww...poor Japan I can see why he really, really, really doesn't want to get involved just like I can see why Germany really, really, really doesn't want to get involved. Unfortunately for all the neutral countries I think their time of holding out is probably fast growing to a close. Except for Switzerland...he's bad ass enough to actually stay that way...he practices his own...special...brand of neutrality after all.
