sorry for the threadjack this is something mildly useful I promise.

thefulcrum has some really good pre-made layouts, including some where you can insert your own header image. I'm pretty sure most of them can be used in a Plus account too, though the ads make it less pretty. If you want a fandom specific header though, you'd need to make it yourself.
