Well fuck.

I'm grounded.
With no computer for at least 3 days.
Fuck my life.
So mum took issue with the fact I had friends over for the whole holiday instead of studying like she thought of in her Utopian dream. Thus she and dad have decided to lockdown on me, my computer use, and how much I'm allowed out of the house.
Fuck it.
Fuck. It.
Now I can't go and see the Red Arrows.
Nor will I be able to post anything, or check any updates, or-
- or anything. In fact, my parents now claim that I am unhealthily addicted to my computer. Well fucking duh, no shit Sherlock. It's the place where I feel like me, rather than what the world and they want from me. They say to be myself, but myself isn't what they'd like. Ever. Not with who they are.
Just.
Actually, you know what, I'm not even going to bother typing out the rest of my rant.

Also, if you're in university, I hope they'll realize soon that they need to let you make your own decisions, for better or worse. Laying down house rules while you're living with them is one thing--like, clean up after yourself, don't come in at all hours of the morning, etc--but grounding an adult seems like an overstep of their parental authority, with all respect.
