.. Well, a scrambler just encodes a signal so that it can only be decoded with the correct descrambler. As far as I remember there's nothing that says that you can't encode the encoded signal so that while you can't use it, the other party can't either and I do believe that is possible to intercept said signal. Anyway, I don't really remember any more than that, feel free to ignore it xD
