I was in France for Bastille Day as well! Went to louvre (coz I'm not an EU student so I had to make use of Bastille Day to get free entrance) and watched the fireworks at night (oh Francis, that red heart-shaped firework is so...flirtatious) & stayed in hostel blue planet next to gare de lyon.
