So many superstitions. I didn't have her break a mirror if only because it is the breaker of the mirror that receives the bad luck (and 7 years of it too!) and therefore would backfire on her. The stuff she's doing just curses the house.

I KNOW MAN AND I GREW UP IN SUCH A NICE FAMILY IDK WHAT HAPPENED. Funny thing is that of the 4 elements the one I associate with France, in my mind, is air rather than fire.
